Guest list, RSVPs, and expected attendance tracker
Manage your wedding guest list on a single page. Track names, phone numbers, bride or groom side, groups, party size, and RSVP status. At the top, you will see four numbers: total invited, confirmed, pending, and expected attendance, alongside a breakdown by side. The expected attendance is calculated using a standard venue rule of thumb, helping you know how many meals to order. Next to each guest is a button that opens a WhatsApp chat with a prewritten message, automatically replacing the word {name} with their first name. You can search, filter by status and side, import a list from CSV, and export a CSV that opens in Excel with proper Hebrew formatting. The list is saved in your browser and is never sent to a server.
According to a standard rule of thumb used by event venues. It counts everyone who confirmed, half of those who replied maybe, and two thirds of those who have not answered yet.
Yes, in the browser you are working on. It is not sent to any server, so it will not appear on another device. You should export a CSV file occasionally as a backup.
Export your Excel file to a CSV where the first column is the name and the second is the phone number, then upload it.
No. Each click opens a chat with one guest, and the message is only sent when you press send in WhatsApp. A number starting with 0 is automatically converted to the 972 country code.
There is no sync, as the list is saved in a single browser. Export a CSV on one device and import it on the other. Note that importing adds to the existing list rather than replacing it, so importing twice will create duplicates.
Klix could not load
Try reloading the page first. If a new version just went out, a reload fixes it straight away.
If reloading did not help, your browser may be too old. Klix runs the tools on your own device rather than on a server, so it needs a browser from 2022 or later. What to do: update Chrome or Firefox, then open klixtools.com again.
