Create a professional signature for Gmail and Outlook fast
Fill in your name, job title, and phone number to get a designed email signature ready to paste into Gmail, Outlook, and any other email service. You can add a company name, email address, and website, and choose a brand color that tints the links and the side stripe. The phone number automatically generates two links: one for dialing and one for a WhatsApp chat. The signature is written right-to-left in the Arial font, which exists on every computer, and is text only so no images get blocked by the recipient. The preview updates as you type, and clicking copy saves the signature with its formatting, ready to be pasted into your settings.
Click to copy the signature, then in Gmail go to Settings, See all settings, Signature, paste it with Ctrl+V, and save at the bottom of the page.
In desktop Outlook go to File, Options, Mail, Signatures, create a new signature, and paste it into the edit box. In Outlook on the web, the option is found in the mail settings under Email signature.
Not in this tool. The signature is built from text and links only, which is actually an advantage. It loads for every recipient without images getting blocked or sent as attachments.
Your email is probably set to plain text mode. In Gmail, check that plain text mode is not selected in the compose window, then copy and paste again.
Yes. It is set from right-to-left, with the color stripe on the right side, so the name and title are aligned properly even when the email itself is in English.
Klix could not load
Try reloading the page first. If a new version just went out, a reload fixes it straight away.
If reloading did not help, your browser may be too old. Klix runs the tools on your own device rather than on a server, so it needs a browser from 2022 or later. What to do: update Chrome or Firefox, then open klixtools.com again.
