Image Watermark

Add a transparent logo or text to your images

Add a watermark to your images using your own text, like a name or website address, or a logo you upload. You can adjust the opacity between 10% and 100%, set the size relative to the image width, pick a text color, and choose one of nine positions from the corners to the center. In tile mode, the mark repeats diagonally across the entire image, making it much harder to crop out. A subtle shadow is added to the text so it stays readable even on light backgrounds. The preview updates with every change, and the result downloads as a PNG file in its original dimensions. The image is processed in your browser and never leaves your computer.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use a transparent logo?

Yes, and it is recommended. A logo in PNG format with a transparent background will appear on the image without a white square around it.

What format is the final image?

Always PNG, in the exact same dimensions as the original image. If you uploaded a JPG, the output file might be heavier than the original.

Can I watermark multiple images at once?

No, the tool works on one image at a time. After downloading, click to replace the image. The text, opacity, and position settings remain, but you will need to upload the logo again.

Can I upload an iPhone image in HEIC format?

Yes. HEIC files are converted in the browser and open just like any other image.

Does a watermark really protect the image?

A mark in the corner can be cropped out relatively easily. Tile mode, which repeats diagonally across the whole image, is much harder to remove.
